About the event
Electrical Engineering Network brings out Electrical Engineering and Technology Fair with the theme: “Exploring New Strengths with the Changing World”, a series of competitions amongst EE&T Students that will bring out their skills, talents and wits. This event challenges the students with new forms of trial like electronic games, creativity in humor and rhythm. With the world changing, challenges change too and these challenges will help students cope while developing their cooperation and competitiveness.

GENERAL RULES
Each team must consist of 6 members: 5 players & 1 optional reserve.
Members of the same team must be under the same section.
Names submitted to the committee are the only players allowed to play the said game.
Single eliminations, best of 3 shall be the abiding format of the competition from elimination up to the semi-finals and will be switched to best of 5 in the finals. The organizers will follow automatic system generated bracketing depending on the number of participating teams.
The team who will be 10 minutes late will be forfeited. In case one player is absent in either team, upon agreement they may continue the game.
Organizers have the right to disqualify a team in case of disobedience or disrespect to the organizers and the committee.
Disqualifications will be given to the team that will cause harm to other teams. Battle emotes are allowed during the game but Verbal or written trash talk is strictly prohibited.
The committee shall entertain any complaints or protests.
Bracketing will be determined by randomizer.

General quota of 100 pesos per team which will be paid via Gcash.
Each player must have a discord account that will be used for monitoring cheating.
Each team must have one representative that will act as spectator for games of other teams.
Each player must have a discord account for the announcements and queries.

All players must use mobile device platform
Each team must consist of 5 to 6 members: 5 players & 1 optional reserve.
Emulators, controllers, mouse, keyboard, etc are not allowed
Names submitted to the committee are the only players allowed to play the said game.
The team who will be 15 minutes late from the scheduled match will be forfeited. In case one player is absent in either team, upon agreement they may continue the game.
Organizers have the right to disqualify a team in case of disobedience or disrespect to the organizers and the committee.
Disqualifications will be given to the team that will cause harm to other teams.
The committee shall entertain any complaints or protests.
The team/s who will not follow these general rules shall be disqualified and will be given the score of zero for “no participation”.
Bracketing will be determined by randomizer.
The team that will use cheating apps or bug using will be considered disqualified from the bracket.
Games will be played via Round robin format then will be cut to top 4. The Semi-finals and Finals will be played in a best-of-five format.
MECHANICS
“Search and Destroy” and “Frontline” are the game modes to be played.
On the first round, each captain shall choose heads or tails on a toss coin online.
Games will be played via best-of-3 format. The first round game mode will be decided by the toss coin winning team. The second round game mode will be the other game mode that is not chosen. If it comes to third round, the game mode will be random between the two game modes.
Blue team and Red Team will also be decided via coin toss.
Server to be used should be agreed upon by both parties.
Maps are random.

(If 16 teams or lower) Single Eliminations best of 3 will be implemented in the qualifying round to get 8 teams that will qualify for the playoffs. (If 8 teams) Round robin double bracket for the placements in playoffs shall be implemented, then Single Eliminations best of 3 shall be the abiding format of the competition from playoffs up to the semi-finals and will be switched to best of 5 in the grand finals.

MECHANICS
Each team will consist of 5 members.
First to 13 round wins will be the winner, teams may also concede defeat through surrendering. Overtime will be implemented if the game ties at 12-12 round score.
Each side will ban one map. The map to be used will be randomly picked from the remaining maps.
Bug abusers and their corresponding team will be automatically disqualified.
Server to be used should be agreed upon by both parties.
